JMACKS

This group was first created in the middle of September by our Assistant Teacher Jessica T., a graduate of '05 and a really talented girl. She told the whole A capella choir about making a group and made a sign up. As people signed up only a few did, but in success there was 6 guys that signed up Justin, Matt, Kareem, Christian, Andrew, and Sergio the group didnt have any band name yet, Jessica T. auditioned us to see if we were suitable to be made into a group. In the past weeks JMACKS practiced but unluckily Sergio left the group and so only 5 guys tried out for the Variety show, they made it but there was some flaws. In the end the group held another audition and the two people that tried was Mircea(Stefan) Tala and Joon Kim but the group chose Mircea, from that point on the group praticed and practiced from Monday , Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and call backs were made and we were offcially in it by what Ms. Palmer said, even if the group made it there was an uneasy feeling by Jessica that the group would make a mistake in sense they practiced over and over to get it right and get the song to sound really good. From that point on Variety Show happened on Dec. 7 & 8 from that point on it was official that JMACKS by GhS Acapella was created and now there aim is for the Unconcert and hope to continue the Group as years go by......
