Radio play of many tracks of J Marie's tracks on BBC Essex Introducing, Nervecast Radio, UIC Radio (US), Off The Chart Radio.com, Radio Basingstoke, Lick FM (Spain), Demon FM, All FM Manchester, Oxford FM107.9 (also interviewed by presenter Rosie Tratt) and also great support from DJ Dave Charles at Harborough FM. He's played J Marie's track "Kissing A Porn Star" seven months running, describing it as a "hit record"! She has also done a 30 minute live acoustic session on his show. Also, plays by DJ Larry Flick on US radio station Sirius XM.

J Marie Cooper is a 24 year old exceptionally talented singer and songwriter. She has performed with her live band at many London venues including The Half Moon, The Water Rats, 229 Club, Wandsworth Palais, Café De Paris and The Cobden Club.
In a review of her last gig one journalist wrote ".......J Marie Cooper, pouting and vamping through a series of fast tempo rock songs of the type that Pink would give her hefty tattooed forearm for. Long of leg and with a snarl on her lips, J Marie is a formidable front woman, possessed of a piercingly powerful voice. She is a terrific performer.”
She works with music producer/writer Phil Da Costa (The Yeah You's,,Rubylux). Together they have co-written and developed a set of brilliant songs which are described as big sassy pop/rock. Currently unsigned, her tracks are already played on many radio stations including BBC Radio Essex, Harborough FM, OTC Radio, Oxford FM, Radio Basingstoke and American station Sirius XM.
A radio tour is planned this year where she will perform acoustic versions of her songs. One of her tracks has been synched to an advert for Dooley’s liqueur and shown all last year on Living TV. J Marie’s video “Intoducing J Marie Cooper” can be seen on her YouTube Channel and Myspace pages.
She hails from north London and trained in performing arts, winning the Josie Bradley Award for Most Promising Music Student. She then collaborated with Nile Rogers, Narada Michael Walden and Jeff Beck on different projects before deciding that her own music was the direction she wanted to take.
