Lyrics

she won't be Misunderstood

Written By: Jobe

Rain clouds have formed upon her face
and I see those drowning eyes stare off into space
I know she is gone now for sure
It seems I am pushed away again and again,

She won’t be misunderstood,
as the days roll by she will be coming of age
she won’t be misunderstood
as the days roll by she will be coming of age
she said.
She said

Wednesday same thing, I’m in her shade
I’m down in Hollywood, sunset and the way
I know she’s gone again for sure.
I’ve been so pushed away again and again

She won’t be misunderstood,
as the days roll by she will be coming of age.
she won’t be misunderstood,
as the days roll by she will be coming of age
she said.

I know its harder to breathe, under that woman’s spell
I know its harder to see
But I can’t make her understand
she knows its not the last time,
she knows it just no good
That’s that woman’s gold

And she said

She won’t be misunderstood
As the days roll by she’ll be coming of age
She said

She won’t be misunderstood
She won’t be misunderstood
And she said

Slow

Slow (Lyrics by Jobe Music by Jobe and Michael O'Brien)

I thought you oughta know, you know it doesn't feel so slow
I think you better go, before you
spend the last day, the last day

I thought you oughta know,
you know it doesn't feel,
you know it doesn't feel
like no other. So you better go
before you spend the last day, the last day.

Winters overthrown but its meaning
can't be told.
And so we stand by and we doubt it,
Until we get shot down, until we get let down.
Isn't that the way?

The moon begins to wane from the darkness to insane
You gotta hold back from shouting...
That it happened to me, so it can happen to you.
It happens every day down this down road.

You gotta know that it don't feel slow
close your eyes and its all gonna go.
You got to know that it won't feel slow,
says the man with the withering soul.

Good causes won't save you.
Feel the fear rise up and betray you.
I'm gonna fight one of these days,
gonna fight one of these days,
as it pulls you down below.

I can see now that your one of them.
See through those eyes right to the end.
It happened to me so it can happen to you.
It happens every day down this down road.

You gotta know that it won't feel slow,
says the man with the withering soul.
You gotta know that it won't feel slow,
close your eyes and its all gonna go.

You gotta know that it won't feel slow,
burning down 'til the flames grow cold,
said the man with the hollowed out soul.
You gotta know that it won't feel slow,
'til you've found that you can't go alone.
what say you now?
