Bio
Joe is a guitarist and recording artist with two independent releases to his name. In two decades of performing, recording and producing music he has deftly negotiated his three primary loves- recording and releasing his own music, helping other artists realize their dreams through performing as a sideman, session musician and producer and also sharing all of this experience as an educator; teaching literally hundreds and hundreds of students over a 17 year period.
Joe began learning the guitar shortly before his 17th birthday as a complete autodidact. He has since enjoyed the good fortune of being able to earn a living through teaching, doing studio sessions and performing all over the country. He has played guitar on countless commercials (T-Mobile, Reelz TV, etc.) and independent CDs. He has also toured throughout the United States as a sideman and performed and recorded with band members from the likes of Sting, Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, Christina Aguilera, Blue Öyster Cult, Oingo Boingo, Dave Koz, Nelson Rangell and many more.
Joe lives with his wife and two children in Los Angeles, CA. He currently endorses Grosh Guitars and Jedamp Amplification.
