Bio
Born August 23, on the south side of Chicago. Joe L. Williams Jr. He discovered his gift for music at the age of twelve when he recordsed his first underground song, accompanied by his long time friend Emcee Menace. At the age of 18 worked as an intern on 106 Jamz, with the Playa Radio Crew, Broadway Joe and Kool C. where Joe was professionaly known as the Born Imperial.
