Half Jamaican Half American born, Joseph T. College a.k.a Rashan Cole Da
Tradesman, is no stranger to the rigorous role of Underdog in the Music
industry. After being over looked at the age of 13 by a prominent
Baltimore DJ and producer (because he "Didn't like his voice") College
began performing, promoting, writing and producing for himself!
With years of Underground success under his belt through production,
mixtapes, group albums as well as a full length solo studio album 2013's Naw We Ain't All Gangstas, Joe College is now back with his second solo studio LP Weekend In Baltimore
