The band features the heart and soul of the Philadelphia blues scene, the acclaimed Georgie Bonds, singng classic popular hits on lead vocals, as Joe "wows" audiences on the fender stratocaster guitar to the accompaniment of electric bass and drums. As an event planner I work with a lot of different groups, D.J.'s and entertainers. This was my first time booking the Joe Wahl Band and I was a little concerned. I heard their demo online and did like what I saw and what I heard. I took the risk and well, let me tell you....I made the right choice, because this group is absolutely fantastic. They looked good...they sounded awesome.....and it was an wonderful evening for us all, very reasonably priced.
