Singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, John Enghauser, delivers velvety-smooth vocal harmonies that soar over this infectious electro-acoustic package. John defies categorization and modern clichés with this latest effort. His sound is timeless and he writes completely organically making his music truly unique. John’s new CD “Lost in the Pages” is now getting international radio play in 12 countries abroad and growing. The list includes, but is not limited to, England, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, France and Canada. The U.S. release is scheduled for June, 2009.

John Enghauser has been on the original music scene since the mid 90's. Beginning with his band Jamawokee, a high octane 4-piece funk rock project which debuted in Massachusetts, John began honing his songwriting and frontman skills.

In the late 90's, John fronted his own original group, Jeng, where he wrote all of the material and whose potent live show grabbed the interest of record labels such as Columbia and Virgin Records. Around this time his credits also included his work as Music Supervisor on indie films "Urban Relics" and "When it Rains".

In 2000, Enghauser ventured westward where he landed in California. After several musical stints in San Francisco and Los Angeles, John has settled in the bay area where he continues to write, record and perform.

Singer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist, John Enghauser, has just won "Best Album" for his latest release "Lost in the Pages" in the 2009 LA Music Awards, Hot AC category. John will accept his award at the official LA Music Awards ceremony which takes place on November 12th at the Avalon Theater in Hollywood, CA.

Critically acclaimed Singer, Songwriter and Producer, John Enghauser, has just been nominated for "Best Male Singer-Songwriter" in the upcoming 2010 LA Music Awards and his latest CD "Lost in the Pages" won "Hot AC Album of the Year" in the 2009 LA Music Awards. Enghauser has been written about in The San Francisco Chronicle, Boston Globe, San Francisco Examiner, Music News Nashville, All Access Magazine, What's Up Magazine (5-pg cover story) and will be in the next issue of Music Connection. The new CD is getting airplay in 13 countries including the U.S., England, Australia, Canada, France and Germany.

His second release was a 3-song EP co-written with his band Jamawokee, a high octane 4-piece funk rock project which debuted in Massachusetts, where John began honing his songwriting and frontman skills.

John released his third CD "Larium Dream" which was a 9 song collective of his best work with the band.

Shortly thereafter, John served as Music Supervisor and contributing songwriter for indie films "Urban Relics" and "When it Rains". the "Urban Relics" soundtrack served as John's fourth release to date.

In 2000, Enghauser ventured westward where he landed in California. After several musical stints in San Francisco and Los Angeles, John has settled in the bay area where he's just produced his fifth release "Lost in the Pages". In addition to lead vocals, John performs guitar, bass and keyboards on the CD.
