With a unique blend of humor, story-telling, and real-life examples; John is an expert at helping students and adults to succeed in both their personal and professional lives. For over 24 years John has excelled in motivating, coaching, instructing, consulting and hypnotherapy; training over half a million individuals to accomplish positive changes in both behavior and attitude. John has also authored the nationally recognized book, "Conversations on Customer Service & Sales."
