Bio
John Luskey, a Maryland Native, learned enough guitar by the age of thirteen to join his first band and write his first song. His first show was at a local dive in front of a handful of people. By the time he was ready for college, he was performing in and around the Maryland suburbs. Four years later, John David would be the opening act for The Righteous Brothers, The Moody Blues, and 10,000 Maniacs. He has received awards from the John Lennon Songwriting Contest for "Honky Tonk Rhythm" and from Billboard Magazine for "When She Cries".
