He has opened for Santana, Los Lobos and Linda Ronstadt and at many clubs, concerts and festivals. Johnny has performed at the BAMMIES and the Cow Palace with Eddie Money. He played with bands, and/or members of Eddie Money, Hired Guns, Metallica, Tesla, Y&T, Nightranger and Ian Gillan's Band
