Bio

Johnny Henry... A born and raised Missouri boy with a big voice and a heart of gold. Johnny's road to success has not followed the typical path that most aspiring Country stars take. Now sure, he has traveled the USA playing shows, has built a  large fan-base, and is always surrounded by women - but not the women you may be thinking of. You see, Johnny is a stay-at-home Dad with 4 daughters and a lovely wife that works a steady full-time job.

Between juggling the cooking, homework, and carpool duties, Johnny has worked hard to become a successful recording artist and touring singer/songwriter. Living with his family in St. Louis, Missouri and commuting back and forth each month to his home base in Nashville, Tennessee, Johnny has just recently finished recording his debut CD in Nashville with producer Scotty Huff (who's worked with such mega-stars as Keith Urban, Jake Owen, and The Mavericks).

The result is 5 catchy singles on the CD entitled Now, featuring songs written by Robert Ellis Orrall (Taylor Swift/Love & Theft), Angelo Petraglia (Kings of Leon/Tim McGraw), Doug Powell (George Strait/Montgomery Gentry), and Johnny himself. Some of Nashvilles top touring musicians performed on the CD and the background vocals feature hit singer/songwriter Rachel Proctor.

But much more important than the venues and the accolades are the folks that come to hear the music! The fans tug at Johnny's heart. He thanks every person who has seen him live, listened to a song, or come up and said hello along the way. "It's truly a blessing to play music and perform for the fans."
