ITS ABOUT THE PARTY!!

I started my musical career in a band playing drums at the age of 15. As I matured I found my percussive influences directing me to early Chemical Brothers / Fatboy slim Bigbeat and Breaks style music, which progressed into a passion for Techno, electro and in general Dance music. As my passion for dj'ing broadened I started playing at free parties around Glasgow, and in 2001 started a residency at the now defunct MAS nightclub, which was also home to parties put on by Soma records and Colours. My residency lasted until 2004 when MAS closed, and I moved to Ibiza for 4 months where I worked as a pr for a bar and also the Carl Cox team, as well as dj'ing at various parties across the island. When I returned to Glasgow I started work in the Arches, Glasgows biggest nightclub and also voted 12th best club in the world by various international dj's. I now hold Two residencies there, one at 'Octopussy', Glasgow's biggest weekly student night, where I play electro house old school and techno to over 1000 people every wednesday, and second at 'Death Disco', a monthly electro night which has played host to Erol Alkan, the Crookers, Zombie nation, Digitalism, Annie Mac to name a few. As well as this I currently hold a couple of weekly bar residencies and recieve bookings for various nights across Glasgow every weekend, most recently I supported Herve for a night called 'Screw loose'.

Behind the decks I tend to be very animated, I love playing out to people and giving them the soundtrack to their night, seeing a crowd enjoy the music I am giving them is something nothing else can match! I sometimes incorporate two roland v-drum pads into my act, adding potential for live percussion into my sets.

Currently I play a mix of house, techno, electro and minimal, spanning across all genres. I can be specific to venue or crowd and have a massive collection of music and styles at my fingertips, I can give people a memorable dj set and a great party!
