Bio
I am a MAXJAZZ recording artist (www.maxjazz.com), jazz pianist, vocalist, and Grammy-winning composer. My two discs out on MAXJAZZ are "Moon and Sand" (2006), and "Baker's Dozen-Remembering Chet Baker" (2009). The CDs feature Chuck Beeghofer on bass, Joe LaBarbera on drums, and Dominick Farinacci (on the latest disc). My influences include Chet Baker, Mel Torme, Frank Sinatra, Oscar Peterson, Wynton Kelly, and Phineus Newborn Jr. to name a few. I on tour a lot with my own trio, as well as one of Natalie Cole's regular pianists. I also spent 4 months as a featured artist at the prestigious club, "Feinstein's at the Regency" in NY. As a composer, I have songs recorded by Mary Stallings, and most recenlty by Nancy Wilson on her 2007 Grammy-winning CD, "Turned to Blue".
