Jokakid

Anthony Robert Russo (born Dec 18, 1991), better known by his stage name, Jokakid (J-Kid) is an American underground rapper who began writing music at the age of 13. That's when writing lead to recording, and recording lead to a dream. Currently 19 years old, and unsigned, J-Kid is determined to be heard. Moving away from home soon after he turned 19; he continues to face many challenges and struggles that make it hard for him to get into the studio and pursue his music career. Working with the music he has, Jay is fighting to get his music into the hands of a major label. Jay had a chance to make a worldwide appearance on the TV show 'America's Got Talent' but due to a late phone call he received from a representative of the show, he was unable to prepare in time, and the chance was lost. Living in North-Eastern Pennsylvania; made it hard for him to be heard by anyone except his local friends/fans, but having a strong fan base behind keeps gives Jay another reason to keep pushing. Joka currently lives in Whiting, New Jersey where he plans to start fresh, get in the studio, and spread his word.
