Bio
Jo’lee: now age 19 was born in New Jersey February 24, 1988, where through the years has lived her life following Christ. She took-up dancing and singing at a young age as well as entered many talent shows, including the Miss New Jersey Teen Co-ed Pageant competition. She moved to Georgia with her family in October 2003, where they immediately joined New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Lithonia. As Section Leader of the youth choir at New Birth “Roc Nation” she has had the opportunity to perform with numerous artists:
Kirk Franklin, Canton Jones, Elder Murphy, New Birth Total Praise Choir and Patti Labelle at the Georgia Dome – April 2006
Participated in Roc Nation’s first Christmas CD – December 2006
Won 2nd Place at the Kellogs Gospel Youth Choir competition - July 2005
Sang with Roc Nation at the Lenox, South DeKalb, Greenbriar Malls and the Children’s Hospital – December 2005
Various Talent Shows in New Jersey between the years 1998 thru 2003
As graduate of Henry County High School Jo’lee was part of the School Choir and was chosen to perform in the District Six Honor Chorus Competition for three years. Even though, she has chosen to continue her education career by attending college where she is working towards becoming an Entertainment Law Attorney; her heart is still set on becoming one of the MOST successful recording and performing artist American has ever known.
