Jollyheads Circus

Jollyheads Circus is an exciting 4 piece indie folk rock band based in Barcelona, Spain.  The multinational group writes and performs its own compositions with influences ranging from the folky feel of the Decemberists and Wilco to the immersive expressions of Radiohead and the Doors.  The mixture of compelling tonal variations and meaningful yet vivid storytelling helps to define a uniquely Jollyheads experience.

Following an enthusiastic and successful Kickstarter funding campaign in 2013, Jollyheads Circus released their debut album entitled “The Kaleidoscope Dawn” under the indie label Whatabout Music Records headquartered in New York.  The group is currently performing regularly and filling local and international venues in Spain and Europe while also appearing on popular television, webcasts, and various radio stations.  Their anticipated new EP entitled “The Mechanical Moon” is due to be released in November 2014 and the band will return to the recording studio in February 2015 thanks to being chosen as the winners of the national rock band competition Porompopero Impulsa 2014.
