Bio
Born in the prairies, Jon Fennell moved to the coast at 18 years old and fell in love with performing music and writing original tunes. 3 years later, his father needed emergent medical care and Jon moved from Kamloops to Victoria to support him. He found himself playing music everyday and writing new music at least once a week. He began learning how to record and mix his own music. On November 13th, 2019 he released his debut EP-Loose Hinges which focuses on the themes of loss and heartbreak. With that motivation within himself he planned a two month tour from Victoria, BC all the way to Winnipeg, MB. Playing everyday except 9 of those days. He continues writing music on the road and spending his time playing with friends new and old. In the meantime, he is planning a Canada-wide tour for the summer of 2020 including two festivals.
