JONATHAN STEWART

Born on the west side of Chicago, and raised in the west suburbs Jonathan Stewart is one of the city's elite hip hop artists that's well-rounded within the industry. His journey as an artist derived back in 2010 with the release of his first mixtape Venting and Jonathan (or Jay F) hasn't looked back since. A year after, the artist dropped off his second effort titled Driven where many people became aware of his talent and charisma. Around this same time, Jonathan attended Western Illinois University where he met his DJ and longtime companion, DJ First Class, and the two became a solid force for years to come. As time went on, Jonathan gained a new vision for his career and those around him. With this fresh start in mind, he founded his own record label BILLIONAIRE MINDS BUILD BRANDS RECORDS, LLC. (BMBB) in 2013 while releasing his DJ Infamous-hosted mixtape Care Package via Live Mixtapes. While the mixtape served as a huge stepping stone in Jonathan's career, he had other plans which caused him to withdraw from the rap game for 2 years. It was then where Jonathan & DJ First Class reunited to deliver a stellar performance in their mixtape Rich Ain't Wealthy (RAW) via DatPiff in 2015 and Rich Ain't Wealthy 1.5 in 2016. After performing at sold out shows around Chicago for some time, Jonathan has built a high anticipation for his latest masterpiece in Driven 2. Released late 2018, Driven 2 displays Jonathan's growth as an artist over the years as he puts his lyricism, delivery and dynamic persona on a platter for the fans to digest.
