Jon Bailey releases demo: Choose Your Own Adventure
Jon Bailey invites music lovers to choose their own adventure with his demo of the same name, released by St. Augustine’s The Spot Records on October 24. Both eclectic and easy to listen to, the Maine native captures the sleepy, relaxed tone of the city with his acoustic pop/rock demo, featuring 13 songs, including “S.S. Bailey,” a tribal dance remix.
He begins the album with “On the Campaign,” a refreshing R&B tune. He pairs this with the acoustic “Singled Out,” in which he showcases his vocal ability. “Category Warrior,” melancholy and mellow, and “Atilla the Son,” tranquil and earthy, serve as highlights to the album; in addition to the melodic “Adam Chase,” and the soulful “Your Name Came up.”Meditative and light, “Smoke, Smoke Smoking Song” radiates with symphonic undertones and “Lowercase I” completes the experience.
He is a frequent performer at Cruiser’s Grill on St. George Street. Blending contemplation and passion, he embodies St. Augustine’s local talent and offers diversity and adventure to all who stop and listen.

Jon Bailey, a native of Orono, Maine, has traveled throughout the east coast, compiling lyrics, beats, and experiences required to complete his emotional and soothing music. He has finally reached a milestone in his music career, releasing his first album, "Choose Your Own Adventure", with The Spot Records, that boosts him from the amatuer level, into the professional musician category.
