Bio
I began playing guitar and writing songs at 15, and have been steadily gaining interest in making music ever since. As a student at Smith College in Northampton, MA. Living in Northampton gave me the opportunity to take in some of the most talented and important singer-songwriters around today. I found myself at concerts on a weekly basis, taking in such artists as Melissa Ferrick, Kris Delmhorst, The Weepies, Patty Griffin, Chris Pureka, Jess Klein, Kathleen Edwards, and many more . At the same time, I was playing open mics, opening shows in the area, performing at a variety of benefit shows, and in general working on my music. I eventually got into booking shows at the Smith Campus Center, which solidified for me that I really want to be involved in all aspects of the music world. Now a resident of Somerville, MA I'm a social worker by day who's looking to play all over the Northeast, and anywhere a venue will have me.
