Perfect

Written By: Jordan Winter & Billy Evans

PERFECT

VERSE

I can’t keep playing charades with you
Contemplating your next move
Been hanging on the edge for too long
Like a sucker I stay holding out for a little more

You say that I’m so good to you
But still we move a step or two
Like an old fashioned movie in motion
One minute you want me the next second I’m all alone

You never tell me…why

CHORUS

Are you sick, are you lost
Are you too messed up to see me?
Now we’re falling apart
And you don’t even know that I’m leaving
I’m running out of ways to make this perfect

VERSE

We have the best of best times
But still I’m guessing with every sigh
Wish I could be made into black and white
Then you could color me in just the way you like

You say I’m different than the rest
Everything you ever said I trust
But that’s a line you’ve been using forever
I always thought that maybe I was something special

You never tell me…why

BRIDGE

Oh oh
You never tell me why
You never tell me

Apologize

Written By: Jordan Winter & Billy Evans

APOLOGIZE

VERSE

I restrict myself
Inside
From feeling real

I laugh instead of cry
Makes no sense
Don’t ask me why

CHORUS

Can’t spend my days apologizing for what I never did
And I won’t say sorry for everything I could have been

VERSE

I take a walk
Alone
To let it go

Streets with happy homes
Like make believe
Like I used to know

BRIDGE

I can say
I’m afraid that’s not a problem
I can admit
I’m trying too hard

Streetlights

Written By: Billy Evans

STREETLIGHTS

VERSE

Streetlights shine down
As I stare out your window
I can’t watch you drift away again

Why can’t you stop this?
You say you don’t need it
If I knew what to do I’d do anything

CHORUS

But I can’t be here
And watch you go down
Why’d you let yourself give in?

VERSE

You’re breaking my heart now
I’m stuck to the old you
Do you think you’re the only one who hurts?

I’m taking what’s left of me
It’s all that I can do
Your promises are only words

CHORUS

I can’t be here
And watch you go down
Why’d you let yourself give in?

BRIDGE

I listened to everything you said
I listened to everything
I listened to everything you said

I stare out your window
Streetlights shine down

CHORUS

I can’t be here
And watch you go down
Why’d you let yourself give in?

Streetlights shine down
I walk alone now
It’s the only thing that I can do
