Bio
Jordi Oliveres is a talented singer songwriter and guitar player known for his clever and poetic lyrics and catchy melodies. Jordi was born in New York but grew up, for the most part, in Mexico City. He began taking private piano lessons at the age of four and, after much insisting to his parents, he started taking guitar lessons at the age of nine. Jordi’s songwriting and performing skills earned his high school band ‘Mangos’ many awards. These awards included a first place victory at the ‘Cluv’ Battle of the Bands and a second place award at the nation wide competition ‘Nueva Sangre del Rock 2006’. Jordi is currently a devoted songwriting student at Berklee College of Music.
