José Antonio

• José Antonio / Loja- Ecuador, el 7 de Noviembre de 1987. 

A sus 18 años, graba su primer CD  de música cristiana llamado “TU SALVADOR”, con 5 temas inéditos.En el 2008, viaja a Guadalajara-México, durante un intercambio estudiantil.Abre sus horizontes participando en eventos importantes como la TELETÓN MEXICO 2008.
En el 2009 participa en el concurso “LATIN AMERICAN IDOL”, ganando la preselección en su país  y representando al mismo en Venezuela, obteniendo el 25 vo lugar ante más de 12.000 aspirantes.
Ganador del concurso nacional “Canta contra el machismo 2010” de la campaña REACCIONA ECUADOR-EL MACHISMO ES VIOLENCIA. Este se desarrolló a nivel nacional con la participación de más de 78 bandas y solistas. Jose Antonio gana con el tema inédito “REACCIONA” , que es ahora el emblema de la campaña.
También se una a la campaña a favor del medio ambiente “Verde Vida”, creando un tema para esta iniciativa y siendo parte de la imagen de esta importante causa. 
Formó parte de la campaña “Piénsalo, cuida tu futuro,” de la fundación PRENATAL,  como vocero, e imagen de esta causa, llevando el mensaje de prevención de embarazos no deseados que se difunde en varios países de Latinoamérica, y a su vez con su canción “Piénsalo”, como tema oficial de la campaña.
Participante del concurso de talentos ¨LA ACADEMIA 2011¨- TV AZTECA, como ganador del casting online y único representante de su país .
• José Antonio was born in Loja, Ecuador, on November 7, 1987. At an early age he demonstrates his ability for music and the arts. 
At 18, he recorded his first CD of Christian music, "TU SALVADOR" with 5 original songs. Two years later he traveled to Guadalajara, Mexico. During this time, he improves his artistic technique, opens his horizons in terms of composition, performance and musical experience; and participates in major events such as the Telethon MEXICO 2008. 
In 2008, he auditioned in "LATIN AMERICAN IDOL", winning a pre-election in Ecuador. Then he represents his country in Venezuela wining the 25th place among more than 12,000 applicants.
Winner of the national contest: "Singing against machism 2010" ECUADOR-REACT, “Machism is Violence”.  The campaign was developed nationally with the participation of more than 78 bands and soloists. Jose Antonio wins with the original track "REACT", currently the emblem of the campaign, and goes on national tours conveying his message through music.
He also joins the campaign for the protection of the environment, "Green Life", creating a theme for this initiative and being part of the image of this important cause.
He also is part of the campaign "Think it!, watch your future!," from the PRENATAL and DeWaal Foundation, as spokesman, and an image of this cause, bringing the message of prevention of unwanted pregnancies that spreads in several Latin American countries and also with their song "Think it" as the official theme of the campaign.
He participated on the mexican singing contest ¨LA ACADEMIA 2011¨ - TV AZTECA,  winning the on-line casting.
