Bio
I'm a minimalist, percussionist, drummer, educator, mentor and perfectionist. Everything I do, every note I play, has a meaning and reason. I would not exist without music and art in my life.
I'm a graduate of UNLV where I earned my Masters in Jazz Studies with a focus in Drum Set and Studio Performance. I aslo hold a B.A from Kutztown University in Percussion and Recording Technology.
I am 27 and have been a performer for 24 years. I have owned and operated a recording studio for the last 10 years and have formal training in that art throughout my studies. I have apprenticed alongside Paul Wickliff of Skyline studios and have been able to experience recording sessions at Fox Studios in LA for the TV show Family Guy. As an engineer I have many jazz records published on Sea Breeze Vista Records and Walrus Publications.
