Josephine and her ensemble create an innovative fusion of hip-hop classical and rock music, a far cry from the generic crossover genre popularized in recent years. With more influence from Bach than Beyonce, the group give an unforgettably epic live performance. Although rather eccentric, the juxtaposition of String Trio and Electric Guitar, Operatic Voice and Rap Vocals, the swapping, chopping and changing of melody is seamless and captivating.
