Joseph Vincent is an acoustic singer-songwriter whose sultry-smooth vocals match his Southern California upbringing. Picking up his first guitar at age 15, Joseph started playing covers of two of his main influences:
Jack Johnson and Jason Mraz. As an early adopter of new
media, Joseph's YouTube channel has received over 60 million total views. Joseph went on to enter Kababayan Superstar, a contest produced by Southern California's local Filipino news station Kababayan LA-18, and took the top prize. After an online voting contest, Australia's Star Central
Magazine named Joseph "Youtube Artist of the Year 2009." He was featured on NBC's Ellen Degeneres Show in 2010 (http://goo.gl/stBQk), performing his acoustic cover of Iyaz's "Replay." Just weeks later, he was invited back to perform Mike Posner's "Cooler Than Me" for Ellen and her
national audience. With these impressive accomplishments under his belt, the 22-year-old is currently in the studio recording his self-penned debut solo album to be released later this year, and begin touring late fall.
