Several tracks have received airtime on various radio stations in the U.S. Most notably KEXP of Seattle played the song Time and Space from the Josh and the Gentlemen EP in early 2011. Also various college radio stations have picked up several of the other songs in Europe.

Josh and the Gentlemen is a musical collaboration centered around primary songwriter, and singer, Josh Stayskal. Josh has been writing and performing with various talented musicians for the past four years. The most consistent of these members being Andrew Vanderhoof, Taylor Dye, and Caytie Matthew's. Previously to releasing anything as Josh and the Gentlemen Josh released several demo albums under the name Simple Magnesium which ended after the recording of the fifth album entitled "Josh and the Gentlemen". The final album was recorded with help from Taylor, Andrew, and Caytie which resulted in the start of the collaboration which quickly became known as Speaking In Tongues, which was soon changed to Josh and the Gentlemen.
Since the founding of the group in 2010 they have released several EP's and singles all available on the indie label Atop The Hill Records.
