A creator of a satisfying, clever blend of rock with pop and alternative styles, and an occasional hint of blues, Joshua Bell is a multi-instrumental singer/songwriter in South Carolina. In is used as opposed to from, because of the saying home is where the heart is. Although Josh has resided in South Carolina most of his life, his heart has always remained in Florida, where he was born and spent the first several years of his childhood. Some would make the argument, however, that Joshs true home is his sleeve, due to the fact that he wears his heart on his sleeve. Anyone can hear, see, and be moved by his deep passion and raw emotion that comes through in his music and performances. It spreads a warmth that everyone should experience.
Whether perched at a piano or cradling a guitar, Joshua is sure to bring a powerful performance. Josh is also at home behind a drum set or playing bass, but for him, these take a backseat to strings. Some would say his ability on all of these, however, is overshadowed by his compelling vocals.
Josh Bell combines his musical talents, his powerful passion, his electric emotion, and his life experience to craft pop/rock songs regarding love and hate alike, as well as life (and getting through it), hope, and determination. Virtually anyone can relate to his enchanting lyrics, and his catchy hooks leave listeners instantly wanting to sing along. How its won, for example, delivers a simple message about life with a stimulating chorus that will more than likely have you nodding your head to not only the music itself, but in agreement with the lyrics.
