Bio

Josh Diamond began his music career at age 8 when he co-founded the Southern Californian band “The Invaders” and co-wrote such obscure songs as: “How the Wind Blows”, “Never Too Fast”, and “They are the Invaders”. A few years later, he sang, wrote songs and played guitar for “Fate’s Entourage”. The group was a consistent crowd pleaser at the Temple Emmet Talent Show and they rocked their fellow students at Welby Way Elementary.

During his college years at UC Santa Cruz, Josh was proudly part of the power trio known as “South Bozeman”. They originally called themselves “This End Up”, but abruptly changed their band name once they found out that a powerful furniture store was already using the clever phrase for their moniker.

As a solo singer/songwriter, Josh Diamond’s unique stage presence, energy, and sincere rapport with his audiences have landed him opportunities to perform his songs throughout California, New York, Florida, Arizona, Oregon and Alabama. His witty lyrics and catchy melodies as featured on his EP “Monkey in the Middle” have helped him build a loyal fan base.

His original approach to the art of songwriting has offered him the chance to either score or write songs for various film soundtracks such as: FISH 'N CHIPS, AMERICAN ZOMBIE, FOOL’S GOLD AND THE PISSING CONTEST, THE CLOSEST CLOSET, THE SUPER CYBERSAURUS and THE METROSEXUAL.
