Josh Garrett and The Bottom Line

Josh Garrett has been performing the blues for over a decade in the Louisiana back bars. Josh even managed to keep his musical edge while completing a 2 year tour of duty in Iraq. Now Josh has gotten off the front line and back in line of fire in the music scene of Louisiana Bayous. Now home Josh has rebuilt his old three piece band into a full 7pc Funky Blues ensemble, with some of the most talented young musicians to the area. Josh Garrett and The Bottom Line serenade crowds 3 nights a week in Baton Rouge's night scene. Josh's soulful, passionate performances drive women wild. The Bottom Line underscores Josh's performance with fun, energetic antics making the whole band a visual treat for the entire crowd. Josh and his band are heavily influenced by legends like Buddy King and Ray Charles and new jazzy blue icons like Harry Connick, Jr. The result is auditory nirvana with the lyrics swoonin' and the rhythms's rockin'. In addition to local venues, The Bottom Line is touring throughout the Louisiana area playing festivals like the 2006 Shrimp and Petroleum Festival. He is currently working on a complete Studio release to coincide with a 2007 tour in the Southern region.
