Nominates BEST MALE VOCALIST 2005 SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA MUSIC AWARDS
While struggling through the harsh cold Winters of Amsterdam, Josh Montgomery survived on the streets playing his guitar and singing ballads and covers in the cobble stone streets of Amsterdams Redlight District. Josh's voice was so dark and moody, prostitutes and shopkeepers would pay him not to sing and move on down the road, for fear of making their patrons burst in to tears and weep upon hearing his dark voice and haunting melodies. One day, while looking for a place to set up his chair, and lay out his empty guitar case for donations, Josh found a tattered hand written songbook of original ballads and songs from a carnival musician named Monty Fiore. For the next few months, Josh learned those songs. Armed with those songs and a dream, Josh made his way to California to record them and become a star. He is convinced that these songs are his ticket to stardom. He is currently toiling away in the dark cavernous Eclectica Studios, located in the dingy wharehouse district of Montclair, California. We all wish him the best of luck, and eagerly wait for the debut release of The Ballads of Monty Fiore.
