JQ RyZer began writing music at 8 and over 16 years has done over 200 songs and 30 shows. At the age of 24 he is now on the path to greatness with his Retro Hip Hop which concentrates on blending Old School Hip Hop with New School. The RyZer also loves to experiment outside of hip hop drawing inspiration from Phil Collins, Journey, Queen, and The Beatles. If you love music in its entirety you will absolutely love JQ RyZer! 

JQ has a rap style that is un- classified but defiantly certified. He is known for giving the crowd a real show so he takes his performances to another level every time he hits the stage. He believes in keeping the crowd engaged with his stage presence and delivery. 

JQ was born Jaquan Ross in Chicago on December 27, 1994. He is very sharp minded and extremely dedicaded to his music. What helped this RyZer to make such great lyrical content is the fact that he has been drawn to writing music since watching 8 mile in 2002 Educators like Eminem, 2Pac, 50 cent and T.I. have led JQ to rhyme like a professor himself by learning, not mimicking, lyrical equations and executing solo performances like a hip hop veteran. 

JQ is a musical genius because of his delivery but mainly because he knows exactly what he wants for his music and a Major Record Deal is Not in his career goals. He strives to be the most successful independent rapper of all time! He hooked up with HYRIZE ENT and is well on his way! He refers to his fans/supporters as “Ryzers” meaning that if we all really support each other we can rise above anything! Salute to all you Ryzers!
