JORDAN I. JOHNSON BIO
Writer & Producer, Jordan, a.k.a. Jor, born and raised in Baltimore Maryland is a 2008 class graduate of Milford Mill Academy Magnet Program in Music. He plans to continue his studies in music producing and sound engineering. Jor held the lead chair position in his high school marching bands trombone section. He always had a love for music and he got this honestly. Being from a family of musicians, Jors grandfather, is Terry Johnson of the original Flamingos who arranged and produced their biggest hit "I Only Have Eyes For You", which is still being heard today in many commercials and on the airwaves, was Smokey Robinson's writing/producing partner at Motown Records and is still active in the music industry today as a writer/producer and artist. Jors father, Ricardo Johnson, also a musician, traveled with his father and then formed his own band for many years. Jor is an aspiring artist who is working with a diverse group of local musicians. He writes music for R&B, Hip-Hop, & Gospel. He is a natural and has an ear for todays sound. He aspires to create music for today and hopes to have his own music studio doing what he loves writing and producing.
