She's Back!

Sultry songstress JUANITA returns from her musical hiatus and is ready to pick up where she left off. But, don't call it a comeback; she's been here for years. JUANITA has been involved in various aspects of the entertainment industry. A performer since the age of twelve, her repertoire includes dancing, modeling, and singing. However, after performing for several years, she decided to take a break from singing to pursue other endeavors. While changing careers, starting her own business, going back to college, and just living--her journey has led her right back to her first love.

Always reinventing herself, her funky style and electrifying persona has secured her various spots; she was a finalist in the Miss Black World NY Modeling and Beauty Pageant, model for designers Enyce, Triple Five Soul, Phat Farm, and has appeared on MTV Jams, BET's 106th & Park, 88 SOUL, magazines, music videos, and hair shows.

With several accomplishments under her belt, JUANITA is excited about the response she is getting and credits her "comeback" to being commissioned by God and states, "I did not plan on singing professionally again, so I am very surprised by the whole thing. But, that is the wonderful thing about blessings; they come when you least expect it and not always how you envision it. I am happy for the opportunity and know that this is due to a purpose larger than myself."

Her humility, energetic personality, and candid honesty have made her a very sought-after vocalist. With a distinctive sound, she is using her music as a tool to inspire and reach people. While releasing her new CD sampler, preparing for an upcoming tour, running a successful company, and following her activist spirit, she is a woman on a mission!
