Juddah

Hailing from Mission Beach in Far North Queensland, Juddah has grown up surrounded by tropical rainforest and beautiful warm oceans. They have emerged and created a sound that reflects many different influences. Often described as ‘World Roots Flavour’ their sets flow between fired up dub, crankin roots, jungle, and folk – sometimes pulling on heavier influences to create a more heated flow. Their world taste is reflected live through the use of instruments like the Sitar, the Didgeridoo and Banjo. Having just completed their first EP entitled ‘New Essence’ recorded and engineered by Govinda Doyle (engineer and drummer for Lady of the Sunshine – Angus Stone, engineer for The Fumes, and drummer for The Orange Bird) they are eager to spread and share their music while continuing to develop an original live sound.
