Bio
Jude Roberts weaves a keep pop writing aesthetic into original folk music, while staying true to its tradition. Currentlly making his home in New York's mid-Hudson Valley, he tours and performs frequently on both the East and the West Coast. In 2009, he was selected to perform formal showcases at Folk Alliance conferences in New York and California. he has sung and performed with Dar Williams, Pete Seeger and Karan Casey, among other notable musicians.
His beautifully crafted originals - emphasizing melody, dynamic chord changes and insightful lyrics - are brought to life by a strong, pure voice and excellent guitar technique. His latest CD is entitled Stained Glass Afterglow.
