Born and raised in rural Indiana, a farmer's daughter, Judy always had a love for music of all kinds.
As a young teen she would spend time singing with her older brother, who was a member in a local rock band. Later in her teens she became involved in gospel music and became a more serious vocalist.
As she had opportunities to travel in life, she was part of a 70 to 120 person choirs as 2nd and 1st soprano and soloist, and was a member of a gospel ensemble while living in Hawaii, in the late 1980's. Judy loves all music, considers her voice a blessing and she uses it to it's fullest.
Judy loves people and wants most to keep those ideals first in her pursuit of music and life.
These beliefs are why she chose the meaningful, life touching genre of country music for her career.
She is widely known for being most at home wrapping her heart around a moving emotional ballad. Claiming Patsy Cline, Martina McBride and Faith Hill as her inspiration.
Nothing thrills her more than to bring a smile, a tear of joy or to see an embrace, but most of all to bring people to their feel.
