Jugo Boss

Born April 4th 1989 in Brooklyn,Ny raised by single mother and some extended family Jawaun Armour aka Jugo Boss begun his path into the music industry.

As early as the age of six, Jugo begin to showcase his musical interest. Jugo comes from a big family and although his father wasn’t around a lot of the times he was very close to his fathers side of the family where on summer vacations he got to spend with aunts, uncles and such where his passion for music grew even more. Those summers with his cousins were where he would first start to learn how to rap and learn also that he comes from a long line of musicians / artist. Some may not know this about Jugo but his first love was Basketball and he was actually pretty good gaining scholarship to academic schools, making local paper, and also taking his school to a championship but that all changed when Jugo was sentenced to 20yrs in prison the year 2007. Some probably ask how does this young man go from having so much opportunity to being incarcerated for 8yrs for Robbery. Well, some would probably guess now being a teenager he probably got mixed up with the wrong crowds or what not but in May of 2007 one of Jugo’s closest relatives was killed in his grandmother’s home and as sad as that may sound the sad part his relatives was killed by his own brother. It may it difficult for Jugo and ultimately he led down the wrong paths. Jugo was released late 2014 where he hit the ground running ready to share his life with you thru music.
