Who is Jus d'Orange ?

Why "Jus d'Orange" and not simply Noël Delfin at the end "Jus d'Orange" it's definitenly Noël Delphin ?
A story about "Jus d'Orange" is like the stoy of a good wine. You need to know about the roots.
Noël it's good plants from France South. He was born there 19th of Aprif 1962 and joined musician Family. His father is playing guitar and was alexandre Lagoya friend. On those days Noël and his brother and their guitars may be seen with Pierre Vassiliu, Pierre Bertignac, Alain Bashung, Florent Pagny. And not the least Noël also was wrinting musics. It's why his band under the dénomination "Kokindenom" played 300 concerts during 7 years and was well known from Nice to Marseille. But never more; no take off; to much dependent on the mood and motivation of the singer girl. So it became clear. In the next band Noël will sing himself.
On that time he earned his money being a nurse and for a while it took more time than music. But it's not his life and in 2002 he became Rachid Taha side man. From that time all the fans who saw him on stage from Australia to Mexico, from Canada to Senegal, from Russia to Spain this lifetime battery. To come back on stage woke up Noël and his dream to come again with his own band. It will be "Jus d'Orange".
But he is the singer now and as the singer be doesn't want to say anything, more, he want's to say something. And in French if you don't mind. It's why he decided to work with writers, mainly women, who know what he wants to sing. Question of style but more of conviction.

Who is Jus d'Orange

In 2006 the first CD with 5 song and title "Autour de moi c'est rêche" was "home produced". Since many new songs enriched the repertoire of the band who played concerts in France but also Russia and Italy. We can listening some songs on locals radio.
The paradox is that this guy, Noël - so easy, so sparkling, so smiling - may sing and play these songs about the rought morld of the day, Irak war, the veil, the malaria without servility under our politically correct word. This paradox is explaining "orange juice" : this fruit is so common but also a Christma's gift for prisonners and orphans. So fresh but so sunny, so sweet but so smelling and unforgettable. And this paradox finally means also that the sensitive and stimulating Noël voice mays throw his words to your face and never the less do you good.
