Bio
With 20 years experience playing piano, Justin Davis is a solid performer and writer, with finely tuned musical sensibilities. Although his music is expressed through the piano, his background is far more diverse, once taking the helm as lead singer and guitarist in the Nashville-based rock band, Quarter to Nine.
Justin has a knack for hooks - able to craft simple, yet infectious, melodies that are as memorable as they are singable. Wrapping those hooks in a lush landscape of rich solo piano work, these songs are instantly appealing, and suited for any occasion.
Drawing on a influences such as Jim Brickman and Bruce Hornsby, his music is contemporary and relevant, with a nod toward a strong songwriting tradition.
His music isn't basic elevator music - it's solo piano worthy of a live performance, packed with energy and crafted for the stage. It's these live performances - where Justin has been hailed as incredibly entertaining and a born natural on stage - that prove that live solo piano can be as engaging and fun as any other live show.
