Bio
Straight off the Great Plains of South Dakota, JUSTIN HAIGH (pronounced: Hayg) hails from a small town called Wessington, but his talent, drive, and crowd-pleasing abilities are anything but small town. He opened for Jo Dee Messina this summer and was immediately scheduled to also open for Miranda Lambert a month later. He also played country music's biggest music & camping festival, WE Fest in Detroit Lakes, MN. As a performer, his music career began before he finished high school at roadhouses and honkytonks, cutting his teeth with authentic country bands like "Vince Lumby and the Driftwood Buckaroos".
As a songwriter, Justin draws inspiration from his life; having done stints as an Alaskan fisherman, local ranch hand and long-haul trucker. Lyrically, he delivers the truth as he sees it: good people do sometimes die, Daddies miss their kids, and not every love story has a happy ending.
We invite you now to listen to the authentic voice and sound of Justin Haigh.
