Just Ordinary Peoples' music is Praise in an un-traditional way with a diverse flavor of music that speaks to all cultures.

Biography

Just Ordinary People is an all womens gospel group representing various church denominations. Though we worship in many different religions, we are all "one in spirit" with God. God and our unique sound has granted us various opportunities such as: accompanying national recording artist Dottie Peoples as her back-up choir for the Universal Sisters health conference , singing with the "Womens Way" organization by sharing the stage with Katie Laur, Tracy Walker, Emily Strand & Whitney Szabo and Frozen Feet, performed for the Fine Arts Fund Sampler Weekend, won the audition for the tri-state Praise & Gospel Fellowship Expo. Our ministry also takes us to nursing homes, military basis, and numerous churches around the city and a host of other venues that allow us to minister in music. If only one person is touched by the words to our songs and is led to GOD, then we have done what GOD has assigned us to do; spread the goodness of his love and bring lost souls unto him.

You Don't Know

Written By: Elsworth Palmer

You Don’t Know

You don’t know the reason for my praise
You don’t’ know why my hands are raised
You don’t know the cost of my joy

So move outta my way, thank you Jesus, I’ve gotta give you the praise
My God is so good; I just can’t tell it all.

Woke me up this morning, gave me another day
Your grace and your mercy will follow me on my way
I thank you for your goodness with every breath I take,
My life will be a witness with every move I make.

Hallelujah, your worthy to be praised (repeat)

Praise him, praise him, and praise him in the morning
Praise him, all day long, praise him, praise him, you’re so good

I just can’t tell it all

Thank him, thank him, thank him in the good times,
Thank him in the bad times, thank him, thank him.

You’re so good

Praise him, come on and thank him, you ought to
Love him, come on and praise him, you’re so good

I just can’t tell it all

Tell Somebody

Written By: Elsworth Palmer

Tell Somebody

If you really love the Lord go run and tell it!
Tell Somebody

What the Lord has done for you

If the lords been good to you, you better tell it!
Tell Somebody

What the Lord has done for you

If you’ve really been redeemed you better tell!
Tell Somebody

If you’ve really been delivered you better tell it!
Tell Somebody

He changed me
He Lifted me
He Delivered me
I’m Thankful

Hallelujah! Hallelujah

What the Lord has done for me Hallelujah!!

Must Be Time

Written By: Elsworth Palmer

So much fighting in the street
I can hear the rumor of war
People dying without a cause
Parents fighting children, children killing children
It Must Be Time for Jesus to Come
Its gotta be time for Jesus to Come

Rich Getting Richer, in the land
Poor getting poorer, all around
Greed is even, in the church
Take a look around and you will understand
It Must Be Time for Jesus to Come
Its Gotta be time for Jesus to come

The Bible says, even in the church
You'll see folks wanna be saints
Say one thing, live another
Bless you in one word and curse you in the next
It Must Be Time for Jesus to Come
Its gotta be time for Jesus to Come

Are you Ready, ready (4x)

Signs in the Sun, moon and stars
Famine in the land, but not for the word

Are you Ready, ready (4x)
It Must Be Time for Jesus to Come
Its gotta be time for Jesus to Come

Are you ready!!
