From a small town named Copiague, located on the south side of Long Island came an artist named J. Wellz -- Born on August 4th 1992; Julian "J. Wellz" Wellington had aspirations to be a rapper ever since he saw his first music video: "The Way I Am" by Eminem. He grew up on the influences of Big L, Eminem & Tupac, three of the greatest MC's to ever touch the mic. Wellz has been writing for about 8 years since he was 12 years old, but started taking music seriously at the age of 18. Julian was always into multisyllabic rhyme schemes, which has become a lost art in Hip-Hop/Rap nowadays. In hopes of putting Long Island back on the map, J plans on always putting out the best music and stays true to himself while doing it. A true student of the game, his rap style is super lyrical and he won't put it in a song if he doesn't live it or mean it.
