J. Williams Band

J. Williams Band is a Connecticut based Modern Acoustic/Pop/Rock act that produces a captivating blend of chiming acoustic guitar and melodic electric fills swirling around the vocal melody and lyrics. Each song exudes a distinct personality, a dynamic that will draw you in a hold onto you through the performance. J. started out as a singer/songwriter accompanied by friends Eric Foldvary and Jeff dePascale. Over the course of playing shows together there was an undeniable chemistry in the group and the trio quickly progressed into what is now known as The J. Williams Band.

Over the past year the group has opened for Blues Traveler, Riders on the Storm, Corey Smith, The Alternate Roots, Adam Ezera, Keith Kane of Vertical Horizon and more. The have been seen in and out of Connecticut at Toad’s Place (New Haven), The Space (Hamden), The Acoustic Café (Bridgeport), Post University, University of Connecticut, St. Josephs College, Southern CT State University, Springfield College (MA), Tazza Café (RI) and various Borders Books locations, as part of a Borders sponsored in-store tour. They have also dedicated time to charity by becoming involved in and playing over a dozen Relay for Life events across the state of Connecticut last summer and are looking forward to the same this year. This band of friends has a fresh sound and chemistry you are sure to enjoy!
