Born Kenny Saint-VIl on December 14, 1989 K Remedy as he is known professionally is a Beekay Entertainment signed recording artist hailing from the Canarsie section of Brooklyn, NY. A late bloomer by some accounts, K Remedy's contribution to the Hip Hop culture dates back to the middle 2000s where his career began with the hobby of song writing. Sharing with his closest friends and confidants, it was learned that great potential lie in his compositions. Influenced by the likes of legendary performers such as Tupac Shakur, Jay Z, Big L, and Common to name a few K Remedy has been hard at task developing his brand both musically and more.
A former hoop dreamer, K Remedy has devoted his time and energy into the perfection of his craft. Taking lifes curveballs and allowing for the motivation of his pursuits he has used tribulation as a stepping stone. Remember one of the more trying times in his life, K Remedy remarks
"It came to a point where my family was homeless, and desperation seemed like it was right around the corner. My dad had suffered a stroke and things weren't good at all. A drastic change in life was an understatement if you think about what we went through. "
What developed was a loner attitude; with dark times looming, K Remedy turned to music as his outlet for expression. Penning insightful pieces, his new found therapy was a god send.
