The original metal band KAGED has assembled from the rhythym section of the Rochester, NY-based metal band D-ZL (James on drums; Mugsy, then on bass). Following a two-year hiatus from the local music scene, Mugsy & James decided it was time again to engage in their desire to write music. In order to accomplish this, they teamed up with J.P. Alteri (formerly of Article 9) and Sam Cordaro (numerous rock tribute bands) to create an onmipotently aggressive genre of music that could be interpreted as malevolently soulful. Many local "metalheads" have eagerly expressed their interest in such songs as "Khaos","Low","So Far Away" and "Time Served". KAGED is looking to prove themselves as one of Rochester's premier live acts for metal fans of all ages.
