Kaily Mae

Kaily Mae Timmons is a 20 singer/songwriter currently living in Austin, Texas. She’s been at the game since she got her first guitar in 8th grade. From there she took her life lessons, loves, and struggles and put them into many unique songs for everyone to hear. She grew up in the small town of Llano, Texas. She brought together many of her friends to make a church praise band from the ground up. She was always interested in musical affairs throughout town, playing at festivals and singing the national anthem at every basketball game. She is a true small town country girl with huge dreams that aren’t even close to disappearing. She went to Abilene Christian University to pursue a music degree and once she was admitted into the program she took it by force. In the spring opera her freshman year, she scored a role of an ugly stepsister in the production of Cinderella. She took operatic voice lessons 2-3 times a week and studied every angle of the music world. After a year and a half at ACU, she decided that her life was leading her somewhere else, so she moved to Austin, Texas to purse a music career, while recording her first album, Inner Voice. Inner Voice was a year’s project and consists on four of Kaily’s original songs and 3 cover songs. She worked with Jeff Attal in Studio A and finally is releasing the album in the late summer of 2011.
Kaily has also been getting involved with Austin's fashion scene. Kaily has been training with Wilhelmina Brown, and will be walking in This years Austin Fashion Week 2011. Check out Kaily's modeling site at http://www.modelmayhem.com/2203826
