KalicoKush or JusDre is a South Carolina native who's musical craft started with freestyling at the lunch table in school. After a stint behind bars he thought about taking his dreams of being a household lyricist serious. After being realeased from prison in 2014 KalicoKush begin recorded music professionally. His deep baritone voice rode lazily over bass heavy beats, telling stories of being in the struggle and climbing for success. Integrating comedy in his gritty street tales keeps his listeners entertained and wanting for more. No slouch on word every one of his songs are punctuated with witty punchlines and metaphors. His "lazy" rapping style has been dubbed "Indica Flow" in a interview with High Notes (an Internet TV Show). Although not quite a household name yet his latest songs have gained quite buzz. With thousand of views on promotional videos for "So Much To Give Freestyle" or "Napalm Flow", or his "Half Baked" freestyle appearing on SCTop20 mixtape. Followed by Frozen scoring radio play on Live365 Radio. Looks like those that were sleeping on him are starting to wake up.
