Karl Johnson is a seasoned singer/songwriter/producer who has been a professional performer for the last ten years building a formidable writing and performing reputation throughout the U.K.
He was lead vocalist in the band 'SPIN' who won Virgin Radio's 'Best Unsigned Band Competition in 2006 and has played and performed to many of thousands of people from arenas to stadiums. His last band had a following of 8000 fans on myspace. The band was offered several deals in the U.S but tragedy struck when his partner and love of his life was killed in a car accident .....
After some time away, Karl has now recorded much new music and want's to achieve the success he was so close to in the past.
Last year he was asked by the management company of 'Velvet Revolver' to record two tracks with the band for the vacant vocalist position. These tracks were passed around by management and band and given much praise for their writing and performance.
Karl is now backed by a stunning band - both powerful and visual with great vocal harmonies and a stunning live set. Live is where this music should be heard - a consumate performer with a touch of Freddie Mercury meets Bono meets Jon Bon Jovi meets Mick Jagger - Any takers ??
